Please read through these notes very carefully before signing the booking
form and if you have any queries telephone us on 01626 773737
1. The
Chalet / Villa will become available by 4.00 p.m. on the day of the
commencement of your holiday and you must vacate the Chalet / Villa,
but not later than 10.00 a.m. on the last day of your holiday.
2. The
Chalet / Villa must be kept and left in a clean and tidy condition and
all breakages replaced or paid for. Any damage caused to the Chalet
/ Villa, furniture, furnishings, equipment etc. must be made good to
our satisfaction. We are to be notified at the telephone number shown
above of any shortages or replacements needed for the unit whilst you
are on holiday.
3. No dangerous
or illegal substances or items such as guns, air guns, explosives etc.
must be brought into the Chalet / Villa.
4.
PETS No dogs, pets, birds or other animals may be brought into or
kept at the unit except that pets are allowed in selected accommodation
that has been notified on the booking form, and paid for at the charge
indicated in advance. Dogs / cats are not allowed on beds or other furniture
and dogs must never be left unattended in the unit; please bring
your own pet bed, feeding bowls and utensils. Dogs must be kept on a
lead whilst on the Holiday Park, and must not be taken into indoor public
areas. Pets may only enter the accommodation that has been booked for
them, our other units are 'pet free' for the comfort of our other guests.
Please clean up after your pet.
5. Personal property left behind will be returned only following receipt
of 2nd class postage stamps to the value of the postage & packing.
Property remaining after 8 weeks will be disposed of. TORTS (Interference

6. The
Chalet / Villa must be used in a reasonable manner bearing in mind at
all times the comfort of other holiday makers on the site and, in particular,
no music or other instruments causing sounds audible to other persons
outside the Chalet / Villa must be played between the hours of 11.00
p.m. and 9.00 a.m.
7. All
cars and other vehicles including boats must be parked in the authorised
parking areas and not parked outside the Chalet / Villa or on any roadway.
All vehicles, the contents and your personal possessions are left at
the park at their own risk and we are not responsible for any damage

8. IF
A FIRE BREAKS OUT, OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY OCCURS AT THE CHALET / VILLA
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY BY TELEPHONE ON THE TELEPHONE
NUMBER DISPLAYED ABOVE, IN THE CHALET / VILLA, AND ON THE CORRESPONDENCE
WHICH YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED FROM US.
9. The
number in your party cannot exceed the capacity of the Chalet / Villa
booked and under no circumstances will bookings be accepted for all
male or female parties under the age of 25 years. Bookings are not accepted
from anyone below 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse to
hand over accommodation to any person we consider unsuitable and also
reserve the right to enter any accommodation in any emergency.
10. We
regret we cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where
the booking is prevented from taking place by reason of circumstances
which amount to "force majeure". Such circumstances include
destruction or damage to the Chalet / Villa which cannot be made good
to a satisfactory condition within a reasonable time, the closure of
the holiday park for reasons beyond our control or governmental action
or regulations which prevent us from continuing with the booking.
11.
The use of a ramp is at the users risk.
12. Please
note that you are booking the Chalet / Villa only and we are not responsible
for providing, or the safety or the quality of any of the amenities
on the site.
13. Your
completed booking form, and deposit will be treated as an offer made
by you to reserve the Chalet / Villa for the period shown on the booking
form and we reserve the right to accept or reject the booking. If the
booking is accepted by us, an acceptance note will be sent to you in
writing and this will be deemed to constitute a legally binding agreement
between us once the acceptance note is posted by us. By sending your
completed booking form and deposit cheque you are deemed to have made
your offer on the terms set out in these conditions. The balance due
is to be paid 42 days before the holiday period booked is due to commence
and you agree that in the event of the balance not being paid by that
time BAICHAL reserves the right to treat the booking as having been
cancelled and to re-advertise the availability of the accommodation.
Payment in full is required for bookings made 6 weeks or less before
arrival. A written letter of cancellation will be required should the
occasion arise.
14.
May we remind you that your accommodation booking is a legally binding
contract. In the event of cancellation we are entitled to retain your
deposit and ask for a further payment to compensate us for our loss.
It is therefore a condition of your booking that you make arrangements
to insure against the possible cancellation of your holiday. You must
make your own arrangements for your insurance and you may wish to discuss
this with an insurance intermediary who is authorised and regulated
by the Financial Services Authority. We are not authorised and regulated
by the Financial Services Authority and we are not therefore permitted
to make any recommendations or provide you with advice about any particular
insurance product.

ONUS IS ON YOU TO INSURE
15. BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CORRECTLY DATED AND SIGNED
CHEQUE; OR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS AND A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING
FORM.
16. We suggest that you telephone to confirm availability. Provisional
bookings will be held for 7 days only.
